Financial concerns have become the driver for most cases of poor mental health, meaning proper and consistent support throughout places of work is more crucial than ever, according to protection and health experts.

As the cost of living crisis continues to squeeze consumers' personal finances, the role of employers in supporting the mental wellbeing of staff and guaranteeing everyone has access to these services is particularly important given the theme of World Mental Health Day 2023 - 'Mental health is a universal human right.'
