Aviva has appointed Leah Ramoutar as its environmental sustainability director, effective later this month (October).
In the role, Ramoutar will lead Aviva's Climate Centre of Excellence and Environment Hub to help deliver the insurer's climate change and environment agenda to be net zero by 2040. Ramoutar will join from Phoenix Group where she has worked for 14 years, most recently as head of climate and nature risk.
