Bupa rolls out resource hub to support IFAs

Bupa UK has launched a resource hub to support independent financial advisers (IFAs) with the latest market trends and information on consumer health insurance.

The hub, called the Consumer Adviser Support Hub, is available to IFAs for free and offers a range of digital materials and toolkits. Available resources include intermediary guides to health insurance, covering "everything" from benefits and claiming to underwriting and costs, Bupa detailed. Marketing materials and templates are also available to support intermediaries with client engagement, and IFAs can also access customer brochures on the benefits of Bupa cover which can be personalised for each intermediary.
