AXA launches in-house global health and wellbeing programme

Including a new caregiver policy

AXA has announced the launch of a global health and wellbeing programme, We Care, which will be rolled out across all AXA entities by the end of 2024.

The programme will be available to 110,000 employees to support with different life stages and "moments that matter", the insurer detailed, with resources available for personal and professional decision-making. We Care comprises four main pillars, including a domestic and sexual violence policy which offers psychological support, specialist support services, flexible working arrangements and five days of fully paid leave for employees affected by such a situation.
