Having an employer value proposition (EVP) is gaining in importance to organisations, with 51% of employers planning to develop their 'employee experience' or EVP, according to Aon.

According to Aon's Benefits and Trends Survey 2019, more than half of employers surveyed plan to develop their employee experience, or EVP, up from 16% last year. Employers have said that an EVP has had a positive impact on employee engagement, retention and recruitment, with 65%, 63% and 70% agreeing retrospectively.   Nearly a quarter (24.5%) of employers current have an EVP in place, yet nearly a third of those do not communicate it to employees.
