Removes the need to complete claim forms manually

Legal & General has announced the introduction of DocuSign, an electronic signature, available to employees, on key group income protection claim forms. Eliminating the need to sign mandatory documents manually and send them by post, the additional facility has been added to speed up the claims process securely. The launch of DocuSign is a response to customer feedback calling for a more quick and convenient service.
