Benni service offers employees additional options to those paid for by employer

Unum is backing Benni, a service available to businesses which can provide staff with direct access to a range of benefits alongside existing employer-paid options. The solution, which allows working end users to choose, access and pay for their most preferred benefits, gives employers the opportunity to offer perks to employees without needing to fund them directly themselves. Benni is available either as a standalone solution or can be white-labelled to suit a company, via a platform which provides businesses with access to a portfolio of employee-paid benefit options made available...
