More than £60m given back to members through rewards and benefits

VitalityLife paid a total of £36.1m worth of claims for life, serious illness cover (SIC) and income protection (IP) in 2017 - 982 claims were paid (96%), its Claims and Benefits Report has revealed. More than £60m in benefits and rewards were given back to members through a range of rewards and benefits such as health screens, gym memberships alongside activity devices, coffees and cinema tickets. According to the report, Silver members - a rating based on the how they look after their health - were 54% less likely to suffer a serious illness compared to those with Bronze status. ...
