Is 20 years is a long time? Remember Aqua's ‘Barbie Girl'?, It spent 12 weeks in the top 10 in 1997, the year that J. K Rowling published the first Harry Potter book.   The familiar can sometimes make the past seem closer but today's Intermediary operates in a world with few similarities to how things were done 20 years ago.       Back in 1997 mobile phones were in their infancy, there was no communication ‘on the go' and no expectation from clients of an immediate reply.
