An investigation by MPs and peers is offering the government a plan to support a million disabled people into work.
MPs have warned that the government has failed in its commitment to halve the disability employment gap - to hit this target it would require moving 1,074,000 (a third more) disabled people into employment and raising their employment rate from 48% to 64%.
