Cirencester Friendly has appointed Ian Maude as senior independent director (SID) following the retirement of the former SID Philip Rouse from the board after 10 years' service.
Maude joined the Cirencester Friendly board as Non-Executive Director in May 2015 and has been appointed to the post of SID given his extensive experience in financial services, most recently as FD and CIO at Simplyhealth as well as being a Director of Denplan.
