The average amount of life insurance that HIV+ individuals are insuring themselves for is £134,733 according to a new poll.

Unusual Risks, the medical financial advisers, has published the results of their annual research into the average amount of life assurance that HIV positive individuals are insuring themselves for. A similar survey was conducted a year ago, when the average amount was found to be £137,192. It seems that the average figure for HIV life assurance has finally stabilised following the introduction of higher policy underwriting limits by insurance companies over the last few years.
