Competitors Enrich and Benefex have become flexible benefit partners in a bid to offer end-to-end solutions - from broking services to flex software - to all sizes of client.
Employee benefits consultancy Enrich possesses youflex software, which gives small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) an opportunity to engage with their employees.
The software allows employers to select a range of benefits to precisely fit their appetite and budget - ranging from an entry-level suite to a full service benefits package.
It will continue to service clients on this platform whilst also offering Benefex RewardHub technology - for complex schemes, the larger corporate market and internationally.
RewardHub was designed with large companies in mind and can either offer a ready-made flexible benefits package or a fully bespoke solution.
Cheryl Brennan, director & head of strategy and change management at Enrich, said: "We have experienced huge success with our affordable ‘out of the box' flex solution for SMEs and want to retain a focus on this often under-serviced area of the market.
"At the same time, we want to ensure that we can now offer our larger prospects and clients a fully bespoke product.
"Rather than going through the usual industry practice of investing a lot of money in the development of our own bespoke flex software - an investment that would inevitably have to be borne by clients in the end cost of the product - it simply made sense to partner with the best in the large corporate field."
Commenting on the partnership Gethin Nadin, head of strategic alliances at Benefex said: "It is really exciting to be able to migrate existing clients from the compromises of old technology, onto our market leading RewardHub. The Enrich team have been great to work with and their vision of the future is similar to ours."
