COVER speaks to Royal London’s John Beveridge about his experience so far as a business support consultant and the wider protection industry.
John joined Royal London in November 2019 as a customer service consultant, before moving to the protection side of the business in March last year as a business support consultant. "John has a real passion for protection. He is always mindful of trying to achieve positive customer outcomes when supporting advisers with their cases," says Craig Morton, head of remote distribution at Royal London.
