COVER talks to Lauren Hygate from AIG Life about her experiences so far in protection sales and the wider industry.

Lauren Hygate first joined AIG Life in 2019 in an administrative support role, working across the provider's sales, operations and events activities. From there she moved on to the protection consultant team and in August last year became Protection Consultant Team Leader, managing a team of eight people.
