Life cover is often overlooked, even in contexts where it deserves more than a passing thought. It seems this has happened again in the sweeping proposals for reform of inheritance tax (IHT) issued in January by the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Inheritance & Intergenerational Fairness. It's only a report, so this might not matter, despite the high-powered contributions made to it.
