April is Stress Awareness Month, so here is a fistful of tips for employers

Last year, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) reported that work-related stress, anxiety or depression accounts for over half of all working days lost to ill health in the UK.  According to XpertHR, employers should take steps to reduce workplace stress to improve recruitment, retention, absenteeism and employee engagement.
