We all know that more policies should be put in trust, however when the process of getting forms signed by the right people, in the right place, in the right order is often so difficult, it is no wonder many advisers and clients overlook them. There are many reasons why more trusts are not implemented and one of the big ones is that creating the trust has always been a separate process to the application.
