Network commits to attracting women to executive management team on International Women's Day

In the space of four years, Openwork has grown its number of female advisers from 22% across its network in 2014 to 30% by the end of 2018 - a total of 1,188 women now work for the organisation. The estimated gender split for female advisers is just 11%, the firm said.
