Network commits to attracting women to executive management team on International Women's Day

In the space of four years, Openwork has grown its number of female advisers from 22% across its network in 2014 to 30% by the end of 2018 - a total of 1,188 women now work for the organisation. The estimated gender split for female advisers is just 11%, the firm said. Within Openwork Group, 30% of the executive management team are women and over the next 12 months the company has said, through its recruitment policy, it is committing to further increasing female representation to ensure there is ‘a strong pipeline of future female leaders'.
