Friends Life has launched a selling techniques video for IFAs.
The new 'Advising and Selling Protection' video looks at how IFAs can boost business in the current climate and how the current threats in the marketplace can present new opportunities to them and the industry.
As part of this support, Friends Life has also made available a podcast for download which provides further objection handling tips.
The video features new material around objection-handling and is as a result of the Friends Life online seminar for IFAs, which received a high number of hits since launch earlier in the month.
